- If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it.
- To process a replacement, we require clear photo or video proof of the damaged items and packaging.
- Once verified, we will remake and ship your replacement order at no additional cost.

- For eligible non-custom products, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
