1. Return Window:

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

2. Custom Products:

  • Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Once a custom order is placed and produced, we cannot issue a refund, as these products are tailored specifically for you.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 Days.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it.
  • To process a replacement, we require clear photo or video proof of the damaged items and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will remake and ship your replacement order at no additional cost.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds are not applicable to custom products.
  • For eligible non-custom products, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
