At Buy Product Boxes, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window:

You may request a return within 80 days of receiving your order.

2. Custom Products:

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a custom order is placed and produced, we cannot issue a refund, as these products are tailored specifically for you.
Refunds are processed within 7 Days.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it.
To process a replacement, we require clear photo or video proof of the damaged items and packaging.
Once verified, we will remake and ship your replacement order at no additional cost.

4. Refunds:

Refunds are not applicable to custom products.
For eligible non-custom products, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

5. How to Request a Return or Replacement:
